Spring update

I am getting out into nature: bluebell woods and the garden. I practice what I preach, being outside really positively contributes to my wellbeing. I am seeing new growth in other ways: some long-term clients are making real progress in changing their lives for the better and it is rewarding to see. I know that sounds really twee but it is true. I keep doing myself out of work, which is how it should be as clients should move on when ready.
