Update

I do not really post much as I do not feel like there is much to say. All is going really well with the practice. I like the variety I get to work with and the amazing people I get to meet. My assistant makes admin go much smoother, I am a much better clinician than administrator.

I am continuing to do lots of free online training, if the topic is useful. There are a lot on trauma and I am going on an attachment focused EMDR course with Laurel Parnell in a couple of weeks. I have also been thinking a lot about self compassion and how useful this can be to apply in clinical practice.
