Hi, I'm Susy, a clinical psychologist. I believe that your choice of therapist is important. A good therapeutic relationship is central to therapy and if you do not feel like you can have a trusting relationship with your therapist it can affect the benefits of therapy. A therapist is someone you are going to talk to about all sorts of issues, including some difficult ones. Therefore, you need to find someone that you feel comfortable with and feel that you can trust. My hope is that this website can provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about whether you think you would feel comfortable with me or Milly and that we would be a "good fit".
